We work very closely with our clients to get them the desired results for their business. Peruse the Frequently Asked Questions for better clarity. These FAQs apply to SBO in all search engines, YouTube, Bing and Google.
No. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is about ranking you on the top of search results, and SBO is about having you come up as an autocomplete while a search is being made, so you can "highjack" the user before they even reach the search results.
With SEO you can be charged thousands of dollars with the hope that your website will rank higher in the search engines.
With SBO you'll be charged much less, probably less than you'd pay for PPC on that keyword, and we GUARANTEE RESULTS, or you don't pay!
How long does it take to see my company in the Google, YouTube and Bing auto-complete?
In order to get you into the auto-complete, we need to establish authority for the keyword phrase. The time that it takes can vary depending upon the competitiveness of the keyword phrase, but look for the keyword phrases to start showing up in Bing within 30-40 days, YouTube within 40+ days and Google within 90+ days
.
Why do we need Bing?
The magazine Editor's Choice compiled key facts showing that Bing is the second-largest search engine in the world. Bing is a key component in the Search Box Optimization program which gets your preferred keyword. So Bing is essential for Google and any additional traffic is a bonus. Plus, for those doing a comprehensive online marketing plan, PPC and advertising is way cheaper on Bing than Google.
.
What is a local keyword phrase?
We sell keyword phrases for local and national businesses. A local keyword phrase means that you have a location designation in the phrase. For instance, "cincinnati restaurant >> Moerlein Lager House" would be a local keyword and tag.
What is a national keyword phrase?
National keyword phrases is a keyword that has no Suburb, City or State in the Keyword. In addition, keywords that have a search volume of +5k a month are also considered a National Keyword.
National keywords require a quotation and pricing will be advised prior to booking the search term.
Can I use 'near me'?
Yes, you can certainly use "near me" terms in the autocomplete for your business. However, please note that incorporating "near me" terms will require a customized pricing quote as it can involve additional efforts to optimize for local search.
While using "near me" terms can attract a wider audience, it's important to keep in mind that it may also attract people outside your immediate locality.
We recommend reaching out to our team to discuss your specific requirements and receive a personalized quote tailored to your business needs
.
What happens if my keyword drops off the engine?
If your keyword is not ranking throughout the entire month, we will not charge you for that period. We understand that ranking fluctuations can occur, and we want to ensure that you receive value for the service. Our billing is based on the actual ranking performance, so you only pay for the time when your keyword is successfully ranked.
.
Is there a way to show that it is working?
To estimate the number of people who will see the autocomplete, you can use Google AdWords. For example, take the keyword "Personal Injury Attorney Las Vegas" and add "Lerner and Rowe", your company tag at the end. By installing Google Analytics, you can track how many clients came from that autocomplete after the keyword ranks in the autocomplete.
Can I use any Tag Phrase?
While you can choose any keyword to be listed in the autocomplete, the tag phrase must be your business name. This ensures that the search results display links related to your website and online listings. Using a different tag phrase may result in search results unrelated to your business. The tag phrase does not affect the price of the quote
.
Can I use trademarked/copyrighted terms?
We typically avoid the use of these keywords. This is because displaying the trademarked name may lead to search engines prominently showing the official website and other citations related to that company. By including such content, it could inadvertently provide free marketing to the trademarked company. We prioritize using keywords and content that align with your business to help promote your brand effectively
.
Is there a character limit?
We have a character limit of 45 for the combined keyword phrase and tag phrase. If the total length exceeds this limit, our tech team will optimize the search term to fit within the autocomplete requirements while still ensuring good search results.
The reason for this limitation is to ensure that the autocomplete feature displays accurately and efficiently for users
.
How do I do keyword research?
These are some key points in finding the perfect keyword: Understand your target audience:
Gain a clear understanding of your business's needs, interests, and search behavior. This will help you identify relevant keywords that align with your intent.
Brainstorm keywords: Start with a list of broad keywords that are relevant to your business or industry. These can serve as the foundation for further keyword exploration.
Use keyword research tools: We particularly recommend Ubersuggest: Free Keyword Research Tool - Neil Patel discover related keywords, search volumes, and competition levels. These tools can provide valuable insights into keyword performance and help you uncover new keyword opportunities.
Analyze competition: Study your competitors' websites and identify the keywords they are targeting. This can give you ideas for keywords that are relevant to the industry and have proven to be effective.
Long-tail keywords: Consider incorporating long-tail keywords, which are longer and more specific phrases, into your strategy. Long-tail keywords often have less competition and can attract highly targeted traffic.
Focus on relevance and intent: Choose keywords that are highly relevant to your business and align with the intent of your target audience. Optimize your content around these keywords to increase the chances of ranking well in search results.
Remember, keyword research is an ongoing process. Regularly revisit and update your keyword strategy to stay aligned with evolving search trends and user behavior

What happens if I want to end my contract?
When you sign up a keyword, you enter into a contract for a fixed duration, six months. At the end of this initial period, the contract transitions into a monthly agreement unless otherwise specified.
To ensure a smooth transition or cancellation, we kindly request that you notify us at least 30 days in advance of the contract completion date if you wish to terminate the agreement.
Please note that canceling the contract before the completion of the initial six-month term is generally not permitted. This policy is in place to ensure both parties have adequate time to achieve desired results and maximize the value of our services

How can I calculate ROI?
To calculate your return on investment (ROI), follow these steps: -
Start with the number of visitors to your website.
From those visitors, calculate the number of leads obtained.
Out of the leads, consider the number of paying customers.
Determine the value of each paying customer.
Based on these numbers, you can calculate the ROI. Additionally, being present in the Autocomplete feature not only increases traffic but also enhances your branding and authority, which contributes to higher conversion rates and the potential to charge more per client.
We have a two-part fee structure for our keyword ranking service.
You may choose from a selection of search engines for your keywords in the following combination.
Bing - On it's own
Bing + Google
Bing + Google + YouTube
YouTube - On it's own
Reservation fee
The first fee is the Reservation Fee, which starts at $425. This fee is charged per keyword and upfront to secure your spot in our program and to begin the process of ranking your chosen keyword.
If we cannot secure your keyword in any search engine after 6 months your reservation fee will be returned. This has never happened so far.
Success fee
The second fee is the Success Fee, which is based on the price of the keyword you want to rank for.
Once your keyword starts ranking on Bing, we charge 50% of the keyword price and begin the first billing cycle. Then, when the keyword starts ranking on Google, we charge the remaining 50% of the keyword price.
The Success Fee is due every month we successfully rank the keyword. Both fees are set per keyword and per search engine.
For example: The reservation fee for 2 keywords on Bing & Google will be $425 x 2 x 2 = $1700. Adding YouTube raises this to 3 x $850 or $2550.
When your first keyword appears in Bings Autosuggest then the first monthly success fee of $425 is charged. If both appear at the same time then $850 will be due every month. This normally occurs after 5-6 weeks.
As your keywords appear in Google autosuggest then the next $425 or $850 is charged monthly.
This is exactly the same process for YouTube.
